Morten Eltvik has played bass in L.O.R.D. almost since the beginning. He started in '95. He have been gone for a year when he was doing is service in the Norwegian Defence back in '97. Morten has been inspirated from the bluesrock-style, written more or less norwegian texts. Summer 2001 he went over to U.S. to end up his dream! He did the privat pilot licence (PPL-A) in Norway, and now he's a FAA-approved CPL pilot. He is the oldest of the new Eltvik-Generation. His (twin)brother Knut is only 10minutes younger.

Back in the early '90 he was "tracking" techomusic with ScreamTracker, SBStudio, FastTracker with the musicfiles S3M, MOD etc. After a while with the demoscene he got tired and wanted another dreams. He began to love rock'n'roll, with AC/DC as favouriteband. With his new way of living, in age of 18, he started playing bass when his friends invited him to go to the barn with bandpractising.
